  • 1 Large Head Of Cabba
  • 6 Large Onions
  • 1-2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 1 Bunch of Celery
  • 1 Hot Pepper
  • 1 4 Inch Piece Of Kombu Seaweed
  • 2-3 Cloves Of Chopped Garlic
  • 1-2 Cubes of Bouillon

Spices :

Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Tarragon, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Hot Sauce. (Can be added as desired)

Cooking Methods

  1. Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces, saute in olive oil and cover with water.
  2. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Cut to simmer and cook it at least 30 minutes or as long as two hours until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the spices as desired toward the end of cooking.
