The Rule Of Complete Water Fasting

Take 24-hour cycle as an example.

8PM :

Eating your last meal at 8PM and then going to bed.

Wake Up :

Drink a large glass of water with a slice of lemon for zing.

The Following Day :

Drink at least 7 to 10 glasses, each 8 oz. You can have one more cup of green tea if you need it.

The Following Day 8PM :

Breaking the fast.
